Agatha Site Notes - Empty Dropdowns
On a claim where site notes shows no information for the Property tab drop downs please do the following:
Go to the main claim page and select the Policy Details box
Then select the policy holder details (the name is a link)
On the following screen the Policy Type dropdown must be selected
This will then allow the various dropdowns to pull information in the site notes areas.
