Net Extender VPN setup
This guide will help you to set up your VPN account for first time login.
1: Go to the following URL: https://remote.ghgsolutions.co.uk:4433
Type in your username and password you normally login with, ensure the 'Domain' dropdown displays as 'LocalDomain' as above.
2: You should then be presented with a screen as below. Scan this QR code within your Authenticator app and then enter the code that should have now been added to the app. It may title it as 51.219.123.10 (our IP address), you can modify this later
3: You should then see this screen, confirming that your account is now set up. Click on the Continue button and then close the browser window.
4: You are now ready to open the NetExtender software. It 'should' start with the correct settings, however if it does not you can simply type in the connection server (remote.ghgsolutions.co.uk:4433)
Use your normal username and password, and enter 'LocalDomain' in the domain box if this doesn't already appear. These settings will all be saved for future connections, and you will only need to enter your password.
5:You will then need to enter the code from your authenticator on this screen below:
6: The software will now pass authentication checks and connect you to the VPN. If succesful you will see the following screen:
